The pantry is on most people’s kitchen wish lists and if you are lucky enough to be able to incorporate one into your home we have some great solutions that we think you will love. We have recently updated our showroom and built some great pantry displays for you to look at and get some ideas from, so come on down, make an appointment and see them for yourself.
Pantries are a handy spot to place all your dry ingredients and certain appliances, organised nicely and easily which is beneficial to all the family and even keep stock of your favourites. Throughout the Victorian times in Britain, large houses and estates had separate rooms that were dedicated to food prep. Today the modern pantry is a cupboard built within the kitchen design that is charming and useful changing the way a busy family works and lives out of the kitchen.
So, here is one part of the showroom showing you a few pantry options. From left to right we have our two-door pantry with spice racks on the doors and an integrated worktop in the bottom, with a wine rack above. Either side of the window are wall-mounted small larder cupboards, then we have our bi-fold pantry cupboard, followed by our pocket-door corner larder cupboard.
The bi-fold pantry cupboard is perfect to use as a breakfast pantry as seen here with a coffee machine and power outlets for other small appliances such as your toaster and microwave. It also features a continuation of your quartz/granite worktop in the bottom for that wow-factor and functional wipe-clean surface. The doors being bi-fold mean they can be left open while in use without it obstructing you from walking past but also what you might have either side.⠀
Below are our pull-out larders. We have two sizes to show you here, the smaller one designed to fit below the ceiling limitation and above the worktop, so access is only from one side but a great corner solution nonetheless. The taller pull-out larder is one you will have seen in quite a few of our recent projects, usually positioned next to the refrigerator as it is here, accessible from both sides.⠀

The runners and smooth and feature soft-close action can support a great deal of weight, every shelf can be loaded with tins of food for example.
This is our large pantry cupboard with concealed storage and a refrigerated larder. There are spice racks on the rears of the doors and as you can see the shelving units revolve around to reveal more storage. In this case, we actually have our electrical consumer unit and underfloor heating manifold behind here allowing it to be easily accessed when needed.
