Classic Shaker Style Kitchen 52 – Upminster, Essex
A very large and opulent space created by our client based in Upminster. The kitchen is our Classic Shaker Style and features a few variations of panel options such as the island drawers which are flat panel and the main kitchen area with recessed panels on the drawers. The Georgian style bead applied to the frame surrounding the doors and drawers is a subtle cue to those traditional kitchens, while colours and hardware added to the design bring the kitchen right up-to-date.
The kitchen island has been hand painted in Down Pipe and the main kitchen in Elephant’s Breath, both by Farrow and Ball. The colours chosen add a modern touch while offering an extremely practical finish which offers longevity for the future use of this kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with a day pantry and breakfast pantry featuring power for the toaster and coffee machine. The worktops are Quarella Navona quartz which is a highly practical and stunning surface.
Two small appliances worth noting are the Wolf Blender and Wolf 4 Slice Toaster. Other luxury finishes include the Perrin & Rowe polished chrome handles and Caple double bowl ceramic sink and tap with pull-out rinse.
We love what our client has done with the genuine solid herringbone floor which has been used across the whole space but worked around the kitchen L-shaped area, this has been fitted with antique style floor tiles.
