our service

We pride ourselves on ensuring we provide a great service to our customers. We put you and your needs first at all times – we provide a personal approach from the very first telephone call or email right through to the installation process ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your new kitchen. That’s how we work and that is why we get a lot of business on recommendation from our existing customers to their family, friends and visitors to their home.

A Personal Approah to Service

personal approach

We welcome the opportunity of discussing your new kitchen with you. Having visited our website, you are also welcome to visit our showroom to see the quality of our work for yourself, or you can of course telephone or email us with any questions you may have and we would be happy to answer these.

When you are in a position to discuss your requirements, please telephone us and we would be delighted to make an appointment to come and see you at a mutually convenient time, for example, week days, evenings etc.

Having listened to your requirements, using our experience and design skills, we will interpret your ideas and measurements taken to produce a quotation and once the project has been commissioned, these will also be used to produce an initial kitchen design. We will work with you to finalise all the materials, finishes, handles and colours of your bespoke kitchen. The kitchen design will be hand drawn and will be agreed in full prior to any work being carried out.

In addition to the kitchen, we can design, build and install furniture in other rooms including bedroom and bathroom furniture

Design and Installation

design & installation

To design our bespoke kitchens and furniture we discuss with our clients their needs and ideas, consider the overall style of the house and space available, and a design is produced that is both functional and beautiful.

We use all the latest design and storage ideas. All our bespoke kitchens and cabinets are handmade from the best possible material with solid wood dovetailed drawers, we utilise all the latest hardware including the latest soft close drawer runners and mechanisms.

All our designs can be made for any shape, size and style of home, be it a modern urban loft or period country home.

Installation is an important aspect when planning your new kitchen. We have worked on all manner of alterations and improvements in every kind of property and we are used to working with builders, developers, architects, surveyors, interior designers and, of course, with our clients.

We are always aware that we are guests in our clients' homes, and take care to minimise any disruption. Our experience is what helps make the difference.

Dependent on your requirements and our workshop schedule, an installation date can be agreed at the time of commissioning your kitchen. Your handmade kitchen will take a minimum of two weeks to install with a further week required to add the finishing touches.
